If you encounter any issue with the products you’ve received, our refund and return policy is here to support you.

Non-received Goods: If you’re charged for items not received or collected, notify us within 14 days for a full refund or credit.

Faulty Goods: Should you find any defect with your purchased goods, notify us within a reasonable period for an assessment, leading to a possible refund or credit.

Change of Mind (Specific Items): Unworn, unwashed, and original packaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For food with an expiry within 30 days. No change of mind applicable.

Exclusions apply to certain categories due to hygiene reasons.
